Returns Policy
Please read our returns policy outlined below.
- All goods that are returned are subject to a 30% restocking fee.
- All goods must be UNOPENED, not used and in an "as new", resellable condition with original packaging intact.
- Refunds will not be given for 'change of mind' returns.
- Any damage to the goods will void all return.
- All returns must have an original tax invoice included in order to be refunded.
- We will inspect the goods upon return, and if found to be in as new condition, we will arrange for a refund or exchange.
- Customers may choose between a full refund or store credit.
- Goods may be brought back instore or posted.
- Customer is liable for any shipping costs involved in returning the goods.
